This is not a fairy tale.
There was once a princess who woke up each morning.
The princess had worked hard at her job for many years.
She helped people.
Everyone came to her because she could "sort things out" that others found too difficult.
She woke up every morning. Ready. To. Do.
Feeling okay.
Not great.
Not brilliant.
She dabbed her eyelids with a “Joy” by Trinny eyeshadow, hoping that could bring her some actual joy.
What more could she really expect?
And then. One day the princess was banished from the kingdom.
She wasn't sure what to do. Every next step she took felt uncertain, like walking through a foggy mist without a fairy godmother to guide her.
Then one day, finally, the princess woke up.
With a purpose.
With a joy in her step.
With a confidence - despite the path ahead being unclear.
She strode up to the top of the mountain, something that she didn't think she could do before.
And there, at the summit, she realised this: "I knew I could be here"
This might sound like a fairy tale, but it's actually the real story of a client of mine.
Struggling at a major point of transition in her life: "Do I give up a corporate career? And if I do, what do I do?"
Waking up with the joy she once had having ebbed away, leaving her wondering "What's next?".
Feeling like she had "made a difference", yet feeling detached from the difference she had made.
There are many ways we can emerge from the foggy mist.
It starts with starting to tell our own tale, not of fairies, but of the things that make our lives feel effortless.
When the fog lifted for this client, she:
had more energy during the day
slept "like a baby"
lost weight and could see how she could fit into her favourite jeans
could think clearly without the brain fog
had the energy and motivation to climb to the top of her (new) mountain
This non-fairy tale sounds like magic, right?
Wrong.
Again.
This client adopted an approach - a path towards optimal performance and brain health.
It's not new.
Even your grandmother would approve.
After two weeks I could see the smiles on her face: this was no fairy tale ending.
This was real life.
When we put health at the heart of our success, anything is possible.
Here's what she experimented with 👇

Our health is one of the foundations that unlocks the path to the success we desire.
Health gave her the keys to enter her own kingdom: it gave her agency.
It sounds catchy, right?
But it isn't complicated.
And it is a reality that's possible.
In fact, you probably already know what you need to do. Most of my clients do. If you're in the minority that don't, I can help, too.
If you're ready to turn your own 'fairy tale' into reality and put ‘you’ at the heart of your success, I'd love to have a conversation.
