Hi, I’m Eric.

Apparently, I’ve got Mongolian teeth, or so my dentist told me aged 7.

I love languages (see the subject line!) even though I found it hard to speak fluently as I grew up because I weaved in and out of English, Cantonese, Hokkien and Malay.

There’s magic in finding the most apposite way to express yourself in the world.

Between my teeth and my words, I love connecting dots and doing things differently.

Right now, I’m exploring Effortless Leadership.

You’ll find here ideas that make our journey through life feel effortless, especially if you lead other people.

When you’re passionate about what you do, nuturing others along the journey with you is a gift.

You learn about yourself, and you have the opportunity to influence how others show up in the world.

But when we’re passionate about our work and mission, we often end up playing chicken with our health, we get disconnected from what’s right in front of us: our relationships, our wellbeing, ourselves.

This is a playground for my ideas, your ideas, and what that combined can create in the service of living life, and leading, effortlessly.
