Me too. Health is something truly to be grateful for, but it's often difficult to focus on health as a priority.
The positive psychology research is really interesting as regards expressing gratitude, eg journaling about what you're grateful for. If life is not going very well for someone, expressing gratitude can proliferate the downward spiral (it's easy to answer "well, I'm not grateful for anything").
It's useful, but as with all tools needs to be applied in suitable circumstances!
Thanks. It was quite a challenge, but a great learning experience. Lots of time had passed between publication, and recording the videos. I definitely prefer the ease of an "Ask Me Anthing" format, rather than trying to recall what I wrote.
