the title of this post is a very simple and effective slogan. I mean it's really landing with me. It's an invitation to stop getting hooked into endless loops of cognitive cogitation and troubleshooting when you feel that your brain is not on your side, and to literally and immediately invest in some form of health right then and there before trying to do more with a compromised cortex

That's exactly it. Our brains are great, but they can be our worst enemy too. I know my brain easily gets into overdrive. It's brought me lots of success, but I've relied on it too much, and neglected that embodied wisdom that comes from within our body - our heart, our gut - and that thrives with health.

I like the way you frame this as "your brain is not on your side". I've been calling it "your own worst enemy", but I think you've captured it in a more balanced way!
