...how cool to experience that match in person...and to see that self escape in the escapist art of spectatorship...and for the art to transcend escapism into inspiration...john fischer should be banned from baseball for life for taking the A’s away from Oakland...the stories that hide inside stadiums...

My heart was won over not just by they way she played, but the way she spoke, too.

I remember thinking during the game, 'she is a fire cracker' - Amazing energy, gutsy, and always fought back, minute by minute!

I absolutely love these examples of athletes managing their attention in this way and coming back from what seems like an irretrievable slide. So inspiring and a perfect example of the "escape button" principle you previously presented. But I didn't see the match, and now I need to go watch it!
